Thanks for stumbling upon my blog! I'm Gabi, and I participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program in Okinawa, Japan from 2013 to 2015.
Packing your bags and moving to the other side of the the world was not only difficult, but frightening. However, I am a firm believer that life is what you make it. My posts followed the course of my life as I tried to find my niche in Okinawa. I hope to my thoughts and experiences both comfort and inspire those who are crazy enough to move to Japan.
